Plan and implement marketing and branding activities of the company.
Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms or digital channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor’s marketing strategies including the best platforms and channels to use to strengthen brand’s position in the market. This requires staying updated with the latest marketing trends.
Monitor, review and report audience analysis and the results of marketing and branding campaigns. This includes evaluation of the initiatives and improvements recommendation.
Analyze result of quarterly and annual customer satisfaction survey and recommend plans for improvements.
Conceptualize and plan for promotional events such as expos, trade shows, corporate social responsibilities and the likes to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Ensure proper execution of brand presentation and branding policy compliance.
Conceptualize and propose new marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Oversee and guide the Branding and Promotions activities regarding social media marketing, SEO, PPC, content creation among others. This includes making sure that all the contents and materials were checked and undergone approval from the Deputy Division Head before publishing or roll-out.
Ensure that Google My Business Listing and other Digital Marketing channels are updated.
Ensure that website, mobile application and other company marketing channels are updated and that UI/UX design are according to the brand guidelines.
Ensure training programs of its team members.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned to him by his superior.
