Monitors company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms or digital channels. This includes making sure that all comments and messages in all channels are being responded and acted accordingly.
Collaborate with and support the Graphic Designer in preparing the visual contents and in designing the marketing materials.
Create dynamic content that encourages audience interaction and drives traffic to company pages, social media channels, and websites. Creation of contents following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC). Improve and update website content according to SLA. This also include monitoring the maintenance of website’s UI/UX, hand-in-hand with the Branding and Promotions Supervisor, Designer and Website Developer.
Ensure that all business information in Google My Business Listings are correct and updated.
Conduct quarterly and annual customer satisfaction survey to both accounts and non-accounts.
Execute the branding and promotions concepts.
Organize promotional events and activities in line with the programs set by the Branding and Promotions Manager.
Monitors proper branding presentation and compliance to the branding policy.
Provide 1st level analysis and reports for audience/market/customer information and demographics, and success of existing projects and campaigns.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his or her superior.
