Job Description
- Develop UI/UX mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites, systems, applications, etc. function and look like.
- Support the Process Engineer in the quality assurance (QA) of prototypes and developed systems, which includes identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) and adjusting interfaces, if necessary.
- Improve UI/UX design as the CX Manager approves based on internal and external feedback and requirements.
- Ensure that the assigned activities and project deliverables are on track. Also, provide regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status to the Business Intelligence Manager and Project Manager.
- Prepare training modules in the form of graphics or videos based on manuals approved by the CX Manager.
- Pool branding and marketing pieces by conducting photoshoots and video shoots, in collaboration with the Demand Generation Associate.
- Create visual content, marketing paraphernalia, and branding collaterals, in collaboration with the Demand Generation Associate.
- Ensure adherence to the brand guide and branding policy.
- Provide first-hand data and reports on design trends and technologies to the CX Manager.
