Job Description
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Receive, encode, and process customer orders and change orders requests.
- Prepare, coordinate and monitor Booking / Work Instructions and other necessary information.
- Attracts potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other available services.
- Record, maintain and update the customer information and communication records.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing target results.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the management.
