Job Description
- Drive and direct the activities of the CX Department, Demand Generation Department and Business Intelligence Department to ensure assigned tasks are completed and business goals are achieved.
- Ensure that proper branding is being implemented according to the company’s branding policy and brand guide and recommend enhancement to the Division Head, if needed.
- Cascade and implement strategic plans to the Division.
- Develop training programs for the Division members.
- Recommend approval of all branding, marketing, and promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and present analysis and recommendations based on the market research conducted. Develop plans and recommend possible improvements and initiatives to enhance the market.
- Analyze the assessment done by the Demand Generation Manager on the results and effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns. This include assessment and initial approval of action plans and recommendations of the Demand Generation Department.
- Analyze existing data to support specific business opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure that existing projects are executed and meet the requirements according to plans.
- Directs the business process mapping and documentation for new business and additional revenue stream.
- Recommend approval for the design modifications and improvement of the existing systems and existing processes prior to launching.
- Ensure that the projects are accomplished within to plan and budget.
