Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.

- Track and report on key account metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure client needs are met.
- Coordinate with product development teams to communicate client requirements.
- Support the implementation of new products or services for key clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
