
Job Description
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to integrate CaPEx systems or processes for order fulfillment.
- Direct pick-up and deliveries and transportation, manpower allocation & dispatch, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
- Track and monitor the utilization of trucks, using CaPEx systems, applications vehicles and other order management related activities.
- Monitor and track field checker performance.
- Execute strategies or special arrangements to ensure completion of pick-up based on requested or time of booking. Reorganize pick-up schedules to consolidate loads, maximize vehicle usage, or optimize vehicle utilization.
- Apply analytic methods or tools to predict, or control order management activities.
- Prepare reports on order management performance measures such as on-time pick-up/ delivery success rate.
- Waybill series monitoring and control.
