Job Description

Develop quality control processes.
Aid in effective management the end-to-end operational process and ensure that Service Level Agreement are being observe.
Lead the identification of process gap and be able to drive solution.
Direct the performance of regular quality assessment of transactions data both in system and documents.
Recommend improvements to the operational process to ensure quality control.
Review and approve the documented inspection outcomes with complete detailed reports and performance records.
Collaborate and guide the operation team about quality control concerns to improve service excellence.
Lead in addressing with the stakeholders the quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
Reporting to General Manager on quality standard issues.
Provide analysis and recommendation to improve service quality.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.
