Assist in staffing, training, and performance evaluations of Sales Personnel.
Ensure that the team is working based on the set sales policies, best practices, company rules & regulations.
Sustain the high conversion rate of sales lead.
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Prepare Performance Report of the department.
Evaluate the performance of Account Executives and address their challenges towards target achievement.
