Job Description
- Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets through effective management of the day-to-day activities Sales Department.
- Recommend pricing strategy and sales techniques.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and provide necessary analysis and report to the Deputy Division Head of Commercial & Sales Management.
- Ensure that the department is delivering the desired result through effective planning, motivation, monitoring of daily performance, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future sales output.
- Lead the departments to maintain necessary and accurate data and records for future reference.
- Assist in staffing, training, and performance evaluations of Sales Personnel.
- Ensure that the team is working based on the set sales policies, best practices, company rules & regulations.
- Maintain and improve relationships with the clients by attending meetings alongside with Customer Relations Manager and recommending programs for the customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote CaPEx services.
- Sustain the high conversion rate of sales lead base on the set target.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Prepare Performance Report of the department.
- Evaluate the performance of Account Executives and address their challenges towards target achievement.
