JOB SUMMARY: Attend to all types of service requests in multiple channels and provide assistance to customers by providing necessary information, answering questions about the services of the company and offering possible assistance and solutions. Responsible for ensuring timely responses and resolution of service requests, especially complaints, claims and inquiries. Also support in growing the business by achieving the assigned sales target from retention activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Problem-Solving Ability -Documentation Skills
  • Freight Forwarding Service Knowledge
  • Can work under minimum supervision
