JOB SUMMARY: Manage all activities of the department. Evaluate and guarantee the end-to-end process continuity and quality of the operations within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Ensure timely and accurate data both in the system and documents and be able to drive solutions and avoid process gaps. Plan, propose, and implement process improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Any four (4) year Degree Program
- At least one (1) year of meaningful experience in business or a related field.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
