Job Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business partnership.
- Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews, and business meetings to understand customer requirements and strengthen engagement.
- Monitor account performance and shipment activity, ensuring repeat bookings and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Provide customers with timely updates on company services, operational developments, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and service recovery.
- Develop and implement account retention strategies to minimize customer attrition and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Prepare account status reports, customer feedback summaries, and retention performance updates for management.
