Job Description
- Contribute in the increase of sales of the company by achieving a monthly sales quota.
- Identify sales leads and evaluate their needs and position in the industry through researching, cold calls, emails and visits.
- Arrange meetings and present the service of the company to potential clients.
- Formulate and send business proposals.
- Maintain good business relationships with customers and business partners by providing support, information, guidance and recommending profit and service improvement.
- Effectively handle the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal and aiding in the long overdue collections.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ relation and dedication.
- Maintain communication with clients to continuously understand their needs and open other business opportunities.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Conduct proper, accurate and complete onboarding process of new customers.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Sales Manager or Div. Head.
