Job Description
- Coordinate with the Order Control Specialist and customers regarding assigned pick-up and delivery bookings, schedules, and shipment requirements.
- Confirm shipment details, including schedules, locations, addresses, and special instructions, to ensure smooth and accurate service execution.
- Prepare and verify waybills and other shipment-related documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company systems and procedures.
- Perform cargo inspection and assist in the safe loading and unloading of shipments to prevent loss, damage, or handling issues.
- Provide customers with shipping guidelines, cargo handling recommendations, and other service-related information.
- Monitor and communicate operational changes, delivery concerns, and customer issues to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collect payments when required and ensure the timely and accurate remittance of collections in accordance with company policies.
- Promote company services, programs, and marketing initiatives to customers when appropriate.
- Adhere to company operational procedures, safety standards, and service quality requirements at all times.
