Job Description
- Gather and document business requirements to develop new systems and improve existing ones to align with the company's new, additional revenue streams and customer requirements. These include designing and documenting process flows, writing requirements, and testing systems to meet both internal and external requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to pool data, gather requirements, and validate information.
- Act as the point person between the end-user and technical team regarding project process-related concerns.
- Help improve the company’s existing systems and digital touchpoints by studying current business practices and designing modifications.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Department to ensure that inputs and concerns on all digital touchpoints from internal and external customers are considered and resolved.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) for UI/UX mock-ups and systems to ensure that it follow the documented and approved processes. Recommend improvements based on QA findings/results.
- Ensure that the assigned activities and project deliverables are on track. Also provide regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status to the Business Intelligence Manager and Project Manager.
- Prepare user story, test cases, and user testing manuals per project assignment.
- Conduct research and analysis of current trends to help enhance the company’s digital platforms.
