Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for new systems, enhancements, and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, validate business needs, and ensure alignment between operational objectives and system solutions.
- Serve as the liaison between end-users and technical teams to facilitate communication, clarify requirements, and resolve process-related concerns.
- Evaluate existing business processes and digital touchpoints, recommending and designing improvements to enhance efficiency, user experience, and business performance.
- Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing for system developments and UI/UX designs to ensure compliance with approved business requirements and processes.
- Prepare project documentation, including user stories, test cases, user testing guides, and process documentation.
- Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and support the timely delivery of assigned initiatives while researching industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
