Search and review the profile of possible shipping partners / agents.
Gather updated rates and information of competitors for bench marking.
Ensure that rates of shipping partners, truckers and agents are updated, signed and properly filed both hard and soft copy.
Canvass for buying rates at least from three (3) shipping agents for every destination.
Prepare and submit profit analysis and rate comparison.
Inquire and secure shipping & trucking rates.
Securely keep signed buying and selling rate agreements and service contracts.
Secure Rates and Contract Agreements with Partners / Agents.
Drive the cost of sales down.
Establish partners with reliable service and competitive rates.
Perform any other duties not defined in the job description as reasonably requested/expected by the Company.

Job Description

Monitor and track delinquent and overdue accounts.

Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
Perform various clerical and administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes of customers and writing reports.

Prepare and conduct audit to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.

Monitor, review, and report the results of all marketing campaigns. This includes evaluation of the initiatives and improvement recommendations.
Monitor all the digital marketing platforms of the company, including all social media channels, email marketing channels, website, mobile application, and Google Business Profile, among others. This includes ensuring that all of these digital marketing channels are updated.
