Job Description
- Good attendance and punctuality;
- Coordinates with order control specialist and clients on number of bookings assigned for the day;
- Communicates with customers to confirm either for pick up or delivery relative to sched/time, location and or address;
- Prepare waybills and ensures accuracy and completeness of all pertinent data. Comply with the CaPEx system and other applications requirement. Guide customers on appropriate shipping standards.
- Loads/Unloads cargo/es with safe handling and care to avoid damage;
- Assists to resolve customer complaints regarding services and other booking concerns.
- Informs customers of new sales and marketing initiatives
- Collects payment as may be required by his Branch Coordinator and or Immediate Supervisor (IS); Timely remittance of collections according to company policy.
- Coordinates with Order Control Specialist for any changes in the pick-up and delivery schedule or for any issue/s and concern/s for order management activities
- Provides shipping advise and safe handling of cargoes.
- Comply with company safety policies.
